Tania Lodi’s June 2024 interview with HiDubai describes the expansion of Tania’s Teahouse into its Dubai Hills flagship, with three event spaces and a larger kitchen. The account includes in-house bread and work with local designers. The official business page introduces the concept.
Lodi discusses the practical challenge of developing an inclusive menu around different preferences and flavour profiles, and periods when the workload felt overwhelming. Those experiences belong to that 2024 conversation. They make the attention to the guest experience more concrete.
